Generally we supply 6x6 or 7x7 size tomato's (smaller) for easier food preparation.
When the Beefsteak market for 6x6 or 7x7 rises sharply we also offer a #2 Tomato (#2 because its a great second choice). This tomato comes in a 20lbs box and offers outstanding value.
Ideal for: Mexican, Sushi, and all general tomato needs
Uses: Salsa, dicing for taco's and other wraps & sandwiches, and salads.
